    Summary :

The aim of this article is to investigate the effects of a psychoanalytic process and an institutional framework on an addicted patient´s handling style of his impulsive organization and depressive affect. In this context the Rorschach and Thematic Apperception Test were applied to the patient before and after the rehabilitation process. The data were evaluated according to the content analysis method of the Paris School being a characteristic of these tests.
