    Summary :

In this study, the Rorschach protocol of a 14-year-old female patient who applied to the clinic because of her tics was examined in terms of the manifestations of the prepsychotic process. After the pre-interview and test, the answers were coded and interpreted according to the French school. Considering the factors suggestive of borderline functioning, such as sensitivity to spaces, splitting mechanism, and weakness of identity integrity, in the patient's responses; factors such as abstraction, perseveration, ambiguous interpretive thinking with personal references, and progressive deterioration of thought processes and language during the test, the adolescent's borderline functioning and psychotic functioning can be differentiated. It was concluded that she was in a prepsychotic process. These findings are consistent with the main features emerging in prepsychotic protocols in the literature.
