Psychotic thinking is marked by ruptures: split, pulsional disintrication, illogicality and arbitrary belonging to the primary process. After having evoked the different psychotic modalities (paranoiac, schizophrenic and melancholic), and insisted on the part of the psychic negation by passing in review some theoretical positions (Freud, Melanie Klein, Bion, Tausk, Lacan and Green), this text studies the expressions of the thinking ruptures in Rorschach. Many examples are given to illustrate the demonstration.
