The paper proposes a study of the Rorschach answers of patients with substance addiction where the French literature defines "borderline addictives" (Sztulman, 2001). The limit personality in relation to the mental operations (organization of the thought) of subjects with diagnosis of borderline personality is evaluated. From the quality of the answers it is possibile to read the qualitative distribution between the levels of psychotic thought and the class of the alterations of the objectual representations.
