In this paper the psychosis in children is evaluated both conceptually and historically. The differences in Autism, Asperger Syndrome, childhood schizophrenia and Rett Syndrome are discussed according to their appereances in DSM. Also the psychoanalytical theory and how this theory elaborates these childhood disorders are included as a different way of handling and discussing these issues.
