From 8 TAT protocol of confirmed writers, the authors analyse their production using Didier Anzieu?s conception and examine sublimation in relation to this projective test. On one hand, they acknowledge that the TAT differs from the creative process and on the other hand that the double regredientprogredient movement articulated to phantasm and ascribed to sublimation is not noticed. Yet, the TAT brings out modes of fuctioning which are very specific to this vast majority borderline population and which set the ideal ego in motion.
