This paper attempts at paying due attention to adolescent psychopathology in nowadays Algeria where the phenomenon is relatively new, in a conflictual environment with features similar to that developmental period. The Author brings evidences that desorganisation in the personnality occurs more often by the end of adolescence and early adulthood. The excess of focus among adults on morality, behaviour and schooling minimises communication, emotional relationship, and aver all tha listening to the internal world of children and adolescents. We encounter a situation as if they had to grow up alone, along a linear relation to aging and bodily transformation. These view are pictured by the case, dramatic by times, of a young college girl completely overwhelmed, without a minimal control both over internal and external demands. She enacted her opposition to her parents, to her schooling, and to society with a violent rebellion. An other case present a man in his thirties which makes clear the consequences in his development of the different phase of his pubertal transformations resulting now in a malicious and misleadind state of mind. More than elsewhere it is important here to develop a careful listening and to provide the required support to that part of the population.
