In this study, the Rorschah Test was applied to a 33 year-old, married male who had previously been diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Before the test, he expressed some anxiety emphasizing the information gathered during the session as being 'leaked to the outside'. His responses to the Rorschach Test with the French School, his efforts for closure and being objective are considered as the implications for excessive use of denial. His internalized bad object perception and aggressive drives suggest the use of projection as a defense mechanism. Taken together, it is concluded that these findings might suggest paranoid characteristics as well as a possibility of fragmentation.
