    Summary :

Parents of A. Visited the School Consulting Service and indicated that their son suffered from sudden anger, low frustration tolerance and aggressive behaviors (hitting, kicking, spitting and cursing). The impulsive behaviours were followed with cries, feelings of guilt and worthlessness. In the psychoanalytic theory, the basic point of view in acting-out is impulsivity can't be processed as psychically. According to many authors, acting-out is the only way of the survival of the mental apparatus in the situation of frightening, destrucitve, and, nameless trauma; and the root of aggressive behaviors and on some remarkable points about his early experiences. Then, in the light of Rorschach and Projective Tests' findings, the relationship between A.'s aggressive behaviors and his narcissistic fragility will be discussed from a psychoanalytical perspective.
