This article discusses links between developmental obesity, constitution of psychic life but also relation to the first object. As. A part of the behaciour problems of the child in particular food, the classic theoretical perspective, brings us to consider and to handle essentially the individual symptom. The consideration of the intersubjective synamics leads us however to perceive the impact and the symptomatic passage of thse disorders on the child. A clinical presentation of a child and his family will allow to better understaand how the mothers of these children can bu suffering and this, since the birth of their child. These insecure precicous relationship for the baby will sign up both at the level of the body that of the psychism by an alteration of the packaging psychic translating a nebulous "moi-peau". Also, this paper addresses some atiologies of the obesity under the angle of the psychic packaging, through a paradiigmatic clinical presentation of these problematics around the obesity. The evoluation of this family therapy reveals how by approaching the symptom of a child, the maternal problems can emerge. The disappearance of the child's symptom thus makes way for the maternal and the family suffering. The psychodynamic perspectives envisaged for this work, indicate the necessity to take greater account the intrapsychic aspects implied in the obesity, in order to understand better the psychological change at work during the weight lossand to adapt the care. Thus, better understanding of the issues and tthe genesis of this type of obesity is a crucial question today in front of the pressure of high quthorities of health.
