Because of starting university, the patient settled down in another city three years ago and had adaptation problems. After a while, the patient quit the treatment and nine months later he started to feel excessively energetic, talkative. He was hospitalized a psychiatry clinic in this period. The third day of the hospitalization, the patient had been taken into a clinic interview and the same day Rorschach Test -which is a projective test- had been applied to the patient. The Rorschah Test had been applied again in the euthymic episode, eleven months after being discharged from the hospital.
