    Summary :

    In this study, intrapsychic world of a pregnant woman who had a prenatal loss is evaluated with T.A.T. (Thematic Apperception Test) in context of object relations, oedipality, depressive position, the problematic of loss and mourning, the capacity to be alone and defence mechanisms. As a result of the evaluation, it has been revealed that the shadows of previous prenatal loss may be seen in the current pregnancy, affect regarding the lost object may be directed to the baby to be born, and preoccupation with the problematic of loss and predisposition to depressive position may play a role in this.
