The subject of this study investigating psyche of infertile men on the axis of narcissism. The study aims to investigate narcissistic structures and defenses and identifications of infertile man via six patients using projective tests. The theoretical framework of the study is determined by psychoanalytic theory and projective tests results are interpreted according to French School. Projective methods are preferred for this study and clinical interwiev, Rorschach test and Thematic Apperception Test used respectively. This study?s results shows that infertile men have narcissistically inadequate ego perception. Also patients are not able to use narcissistic defenses successfully and with that depressive affects emerges. Patients are not able to do masculine identifications.
