    The debate regarding monism of psyche and body recommend taking a psychological look to explanations for physically unexplainable problems. Not only psychosomatic symptoms as the manifestation of inner conflicts are in relation with the problem, but also their physical location in the body. Vomiting behaviour of this case is in reference to the mother?s penetrating image, an evacuation of her excessive presence. After personal space is given to the case, the symptom has disappeared. However, it?s seen that after each major conflict with the mother, the symptom has returned such as the return of repressed material.
