In this article, the general point of view upon which dynamics the Freudian conception of perversion-formation is based and how far it can be applied to perversions in general and to their genesis is presented. As Freud has shown in his analyses of the phantasy ??A Child is being beaten ??, as a typical phantasy, the phantasy of being beaten has a decisive role on pervesion-formation mechanism. Tendency of descriptive psychiatry to identify and classify perversions in general neglects the original roots of perversions such as homosexuality, sadism and masochism differentiating in libidinal tendencies and sense of guilt. From this point, analysis of fantasy of being beaten and libidinal privations in perversion- formation. As a result of this analysis, dynamics that differentiate formation of perversion from neurosis are approached in terms of fantasy of being beaten sense of guilt and quality of relation with object are shown. Homosexuality, masochism and sadism are explained as perversions handled with its own roots and libidinal tendencies.
