    Summary :

From a clinical practice in prison, it is a question of considering the psychic dynamics of the authors of sexual violence, in support on the psychoanalytical reference table as well as on the works referenced in the field of the projective psychology. The protocols of Rorschach of these subjects translate an internal world dominated by elements of destructiveness and the "zones" of confusion where the "good experience" does not succeed in differing from hostile relations expressing himself by real-life experiences of persecution. The rape evokes a cruel scene in which the satisfaction refuses itself on the subject which is radically excluded from a shared pleasure. This refusal of the pleasure will be understood as a too exciting and traumatic scene which takes the look of a murder of the subjectivity. The violence is not only managed against the external object but also against the attitude of the object interdicteur of a justifiable and vital pleasure. Thus the object of the rape will be firstly an object of influence, held the finger and the eye. In fantastical term, the origin is envisaged in an affair of "died or of life", division which is felt in the acting out as well near the victim as near her, aggressor.
