    Summary :

In this qualitative research, we attempt to articulate the effects of past childhood trauma at the point of serious illness as an adult. Starting with the operationalisation of the concept of resilience, we proceed with a clinical and projective analysis (Korschach, TAT) of two women suffering from somatic troubles, who have experienced dramatic life events (familiy violence, sexual abuses). Our research uses its clinical interest in the evaluation of possible developments, thanks to mentalization and psychic elaboration, on the occasion of somatic disorganisation.
