    Summary :

We survey in a research program 162 children who suffered the loss of a close relative among the victims of terrorism, and 60 children after an earthquake. We used Rorschach and TAT. In our population age ranging from 6 to 12, girls are a little over represented. Our results show a clear projection of the trauma. The author present some particularities of the projection based on the Rorschach test only. A short illustration from the material about a boy victim of terrorism is compared to the resumé projections produced by children who suffered from an eartquake. It display some specific traits of trauma and its treatment in this population. When evidences of the trauma are found, sometime very vividly, it does not always imply a resulting pathology. Such an evaluation of so painful trauma provide enlightments about such experiences and how the individual psychic ressources are contributing to the outcome.
